Fell on October 7th, 2023 at Kibbutz Kfar Aza.
Nadav Amikam was a member of the local security team at Kibbutz Kfar Aza. He bravely fought to protect his community when Hamas terrorists invaded on the morning of October 7th.
Nadav was a woodworking teacher at the Anthroposophical Rudolf Steiner School which bases its educational philosophy and structure on an understanding of childhood development. He taught art at the school and was a creative and kind person.
He is described by a childhood friend as having “the biggest heart, the kindest person, always without a question shows up for others, and it’s no surprise you were the first to go out and defend your home.”
He is survived by his wife, Jessica, and their two children.
